His strong sense for innovation in asset repositioning & partnerships includes the redevelopment of a 40-acre, 160,000 sf Church-owned seminary in Princeton, NJ into a mixed-use development. The project preserves the natural open space & architecture, while leveraging the property to generate long-term revenue. He led the way in a full rezoning of the site to create value for the partnership, & has also laid the groundwork to develop a cemetery by working with city agencies & partnering with a cemetery operator. Currently, he is working on developing New Lab, which will be an interdisciplinary high-tech design prototype & fabrication space in a 84,000 sf shipbuilding facility in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
